A Historic Landmark in the Heart of Greensboro
The Country Club Condominiums are a historically restored landmark in Greensboro originally designed by architect Charles C. Hartmann, known for the Jefferson Standard Building. The architecture of the condominiums is notable in the classical detailing that Hartmann introduced in the 1930’s. Located in Irving Park’s historic district, the community is listed on the National Register of Historic Places with the United States Department of the Interior.
The Country Club Condominiums have been renovated to fully enhance the original interior, respecting the existing floor plans while providing appropriate new amenities. The site is noted for its exquisite courtyard with park-like setting, including mature hardwood trees, flower gardens, walkways, benches and decorative lighting for evening.
The Country Club Condominiums enjoy a premier location, with immediate proximity to Irving Park, Latham Park, Downtown Greensboro, First Horizon Stadium, Moses Cone Hospital, State Street, Elon Law School, other area universities, and Friendly Shopping Center.
